The Sugar Shack golf days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, we play some of the best courses in the area. Everyone is welcome, from beginners to low handicappers. Tee times fill up fast so we recommend signing up early.

The air-conditioned minibuses leaves the bar around 08.00 to 10.00 depending on tee times and costs 300 Baht. Most of the courses are less than an hour away.

On Fridays we have a friendly golf competition usually with prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd and Nearest Pins. Entering the competition is optional so all golfers can still have a round of golf.  After Friday golf food is laid on at the bar and is available after the prize giving.

Golf clubs are available to rent from the bar and we also have a secure locker room where you can store your own golf bags when you are not using them, with short and long term rates.

When we arrive at the course the caddies take care of the golf bags and all you need to do is pay the course and caddie fee and the golf cart rental if you don’t want to walk. Then head to the locker room to get changed and go to the first Tee and have an enjoyable round.

After the game please ensure you travel back on the same minibus that you went out on and you can enjoy a cool beer and some food back at the bar and discuss your days golf in a friendly atmosphere.

All the courses have full facilities including a Pro Shop, Locker rooms, Showers and Dining facilities.

 Sign Up Sheet

To sign up just pay the bus fee to the cashier then put your name and receipt number into the online sign up sheet on the computer in the bar, the staff are always willing to help anyone signing up. The sign up sheet is open a week in advance of the game and is usually closed at midday the day before the game to allow us arrange enough transportation. Occasionally we have to make last minute changes to the bookings, usually due to bad weather. so we recommend  that anyone new signing up to play golf with us send their email address or phone number and name to golf@530.53c.myftpupload.com so that we can contact them.

Golf Club Storage

We have a secure room above the bar with golf lockers available to rent on a monthly or yearly basis. If you would like to reserve a locker please email us in advance so that we can ensure you will have the locker when you need it. golf@530.53c.myftpupload.com
